Cancelation Policy

Effective Date: 01 Aug 2017

1. PURPOSE

This policy is designed to provide accurate process for dealing with cancellations and rescheduling of client bookings.

1. SCOPE

This policy applies to all clients that have made payment for bookings for individual or group booking.

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1 Quotations

1. Quote is valid for 4 weeks from date of quote.
2. Only 2 adults on kids parties allowed to monitor the kids, without paying.
3. Corkage fee R45 pp for all people in the group for alcohol
4. R250 pp for venue hire for additional stay after booked period.

3.2 Confirmation of booking

1. 50% deposit required to confirm booking non-refundable.
2. The remaining balance must be made the latest 2 days before.
3. 50% covers the number booked. Number cannot be reduced after the deposit.
4. Full payment must be made on confirmed number.
5. Increasing the number of ppl is allowed.

3.3 Rescheduling

1. Rescheduling of the event for whatever reason will result in a penalties:

• 2 days before the event or earlier is 15% penalty;
• 1 day before or on the day before is 35% penalty;
• On the day is 85% of the amount invoiced.

1. Bookings are final. Rescheduling must be done within a year from the date of initial booking. Failure to booking with 12 months, will result in forfeiting.

3.4 Late arrivals

1. Late arrivals will result in treatment time being cut.
2. Photoshoot time will be cut short if you are late for your spa session

1. EVALUATION AND REVIEW

This policy will be evaluated on a regular basis and reviewed once a year. Quality aspects will be considered through RECONNECT DAY SPA Management function.
