Terms and Conditions
1.50% Deposit is required to confirm a booking
2. Deposit for the special are allowed , balance for the specials need to be settled the same month the special is expiring
3. Balance to be paid 3 days before your appointment
4.Booking cancellation is 85%
5.Payment for the special are non refundable.
6.15% Rescheduling fee should you move your date after confirmation. Which you need to pay same day you are resheduling your booking
7.Resheduling fee do not apply a day before your appointment or on the day of your appointment
8.If you cancel your booking on the day of arrival you will forfeit your booking
9.Our specials don’t cover Pregnant woman . If you want to take the special while pregnant you can add Extra R200 for pregnancy massage
10.Please notify us if you have any allergies before coming to the spa
11.Only treatments with phothoshoot are offered gowns and slippers
12.Pictures will be send after 7 days after appointment. Through a link on email or watsaap
13.kindly assist us with your gown size after receiving the terms and conditions
14. If you allow us to post your pictures on Facebook it they get selected reply with yes and the name of the people and what you are celebrating , and relationship when you receive the terms and conditions
15.Arrive 15- 20 minutes before your appointment time.
16.late arrivals will result in cutting treatment time and photoshoot time.
17.Strictly no noise at the spa . If you make noise we will have to cut your treatment
18. You need to fill the endemity form in oder to be allowed into the spa
