Privacy Policy

1. Immediate payment will be required to book you
2. 50% Deposit is required to confirm a booking
3. 3 days before appointment full payment will be required to book you.
4. Booking confirmation wil be send after receiving payment. Kindly check if all the details are correct once received.
5. Note that once your booking is confirmed you cannot change it , you can only upgrade it.
6. Balance to be paid 3 days before your appointment.
7. 15% Rescheduling fee should you move your date after confirmation. Which you need to pay same day you are resheduling.
8. Rescheduling a day B4 or on the day of your appointment, will attract a fee of 50% which must be payable on the same day. Failure to do so means you forfeit the booking.
9. 85% will be deducted from your booking if you decide to cancel your booking after confirmation.
10. Note that our specials & group pkgs are non refundable
11. Our specials and packages don’t cover Pregnant women . If you want to take the special while pregnant you can add Extra R250 for pregnancy massage.
12. Please notify us if you have any allergies before coming to the spa
13. Only packages with phothoshoot that include spa gowns will be offered gowns and slippers.
14. Kindly assist us with your gown size after receiving the terms and conditions.
15. Arrive 20 minutes before your appointment time.
16. Late arrivals will result in cutting treatment time and photoshoot time.
17. Packages which includes makeup you arrive an hour before appointment.
19. Strictly no noise at the spa . If you make noise we will have to cut your treatment and spa event with immediate effect with no refund.
19. Your pictures will be send 7 days after appointment not counting the day of appointment
20. After receiving your pictures kindly download them as the link is valid for a month
21. Only people who will be doing treatments will be allowed at the spa.
22. If you book kiddies package and want to be with the kids you have to book the same package
24. We don’t allow alchol at the spa and we dont serve alcoholic beverages
24. Kids will be allowed at the spa if they are part of the treatment offered
25. We dont offer babysitting facilities
26. Note that our edited pictures in the packages includes our Reconnect day spa logo
27. Kindly note that Jacuzzi is only available at the Pretoria branch , Polokwane is only Pool
